How I lost 35 kilos:

Stay Off The Pie
If you are a Pie Eater and would like to lose weight, here is how you can drop 5 kilos without touching your gym card or breaking a sweat:
  • Cut out chips, chocolate, soft drinks, fast food, refined food, refined carbs, anything that comes out of box should come out of your diet.
  • Eat lots of fruit and veg, seeds, nuts, tuna fish, lean meat, whole grain breads, oats, eggs, olive oil
  • Do this you will lose 5 kilos
  • Discipline. And Control. These are the two most important aspects of reversing the Pie Eater status. losing weight is 70% Nutrition, 20% Exercise, 10% Rest and these are f*** all without Discipline and Control. Do Not Break Down. You must perservere 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rangers lead the way and fat losers eat pie.
  • When you are no longer a fat wheezing pie eater you can eat a cheat meal once or twice a week. Your body will be more metabolically active and able to burn off the occasional pie ingestion.
  • READ LABELS. Be aware of your calorific intake. Eat regular meals. More on nutrient ratios and eating balanced meals in future posts!
