WOD 23 Feb 2004

Yesterday morning I started my training programme for the 16 May Crossfit Games.
I intend to train every evening of the week, and at least 3 mornings. THis means I am going to have to be quite disciplined about getting enough rest!

Todays workout of the day comes from CrossFitFX.
